House rules

When booking, our Guests accept the house rules. The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the Guests do not respect the rules of the house.

Failure to comply with the house rules results in cancellation of the reservation and full payment for the reserved period, regardless of the previous departure from the accommodation.

Check in, Check out:

Independent check-in using a key safe.

Check-in time: from 13:00 and Check-out time: 10:00

Please respect the specified times and inform us in advance if you wish to change your arrival or departure time.

If for any reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the pre-booked period, there is no possibility of refund.
It is strictly forbidden to make noise in the accommodation unit and disturb the peace of the neighbours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Use of equipment items:

Please use the accommodation's buildings, equipment and tools as intended and follow fire and accident prevention rules. Indoor furnishings and household items (bed, bed linen, mattress, TV, etc.) must not be taken out into the garden and it is not allowed to move the furniture within the room or from one room to another.

Using the fireplace:

The use of the fireplace is allowed, but please pay attention to safety. The fireplace will only be used under supervision.

Barbecue, fire in the garden:

Please set the fire only in the designated place in compliance with the current fire protection rules! Please collect the ash generated at the fire place in the designated metal bucket. (Fire extinguishers must be placed next to the fire, flammable materials removed from near the fire.) Before leaving the fire place, please make sure that the fire has really been extinguished! The burning of materials other than the firewood and paper provided for guests (e.g. plastic, rubber) is strictly prohibited.The use of oil, petroleum or gasoline is prohibited!

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and inside the building. You can only smoke in designated areas.

Pets:

Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets. Please do not leave pets unattended in the building.

Parking:

Please use the designated parking space. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur in parked cars or for the valuables left in them!

Cleaning:

Our guest house is handed over clean and guests are responsible for cleaning themselves during their stay. Our request to our guests is to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of both the house and the yard, and to ensure that they are used according to their intended purpose. Outside shoes are not allowed in the rooms!

Help protect the environment and do not leave litter in the accommodation area.

Closing the building:

When leaving and during the night, please lock the entrance to the building! During the day, if you leave the house area, please close the windows and doors. This is necessary to avoid water ingress during possible rains and to prevent the entry by unauthorized persons.

Security:

Guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the guest house or violation of the house rules!
Damage caused negligently or intentionally in the accommodation must be repaired by the person who caused the damage or his legal representative.
We are not responsible for personal valuables (e.g. jewelry, telephone, laptop) brought into the accommodation area.

The guest has the obligation to take care of personal and valuable belongings, if he/she leaves them at the accommodation, he/she assumes responsibility for their eventual disappearance. This responsibility does not fall on the owner.
In the case of our guests under the age of 14, the child's attendants are responsible for the safety of the child and for any damage caused by the child.
Guests can eat the fruits from the garden at their own risk.
Everyone can use the garden toys at their own risk!

In the event of snow and icy weather, we cannot provide anti-slip protection during your entire stay, as we will not be staying there due to the independent nature of the guest house. As a result, if the guest needs it, the guest has to solve the anti-skid himself, the necessary tools are provided in the guest house.
